DDA Grant 1078 New Flats Under Seetu Punarwas Yojana
July 07, 2023: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has allocated 1078 new flats under EWS (economically weaker section) category. The new flats have been allocated in Jwalapuri Bagh and Ashok V clusters. The allocation letter to eligible families was issued on June 27. These flats have been granted under Seetu Punarwas Yojana, which aims to replace slums with houses and offer better living conditions.
Also, a facilitation centre has been established in the Jwalapuri Bagh cluster, offering various services to the residents. Member of Parliament Dr Harsh Vardhan did the inauguration of the facilitation centre.
A press statement released by DDA read, "The centre will provide various services to the residents of the Jwalapuri Bagh cluster, including distribution of demand-based allocation letters, biometric verification, provision of loans by financial institutions to interested allottees, preparation and submission of documents for possession of the property, and issuance of possession certificates for the property."
DDA Flats Booking Starts 10th July 2023, Applicants Can Take a Look at the Sample Flats Before Booking
July 04, 2023: DDA flats registration will start from 10th July, 2023 for the FCFS Phase IV DDA Housing Scheme. Delhi Development Authority has prepared two DDA flats in every society covered under the scheme to help applicants take a look and make an informed decision based on their preferences. Applicants can take a look at these sample flats and book their chosen flat under the DDA housing scheme online from 10th July 2023 onwards.
DDA authority has disclosed that about 4,000 registrations have already been done under the FCFS Phase IV DDA Housing Scheme. Find below the locations with the availability of DDA flats in different sizes.
Delhi Development Authority Allows Merging Flats Under FCFS Phase IV DDA Housing Scheme
July 03, 2023: The Delhi Development Authority released a statement on 02nd July 2023 stating that it will allow eligible beneficiaries to merge two DDA flats allotted under the ongoing First Come First Serve DDA housing scheme.
DDA has taken this initiative to provide applicants with flexibility to increase the living area of the houses allotted based on their preferences. To make this work, interested applicants can buy two adjacent DDA flats and merge them by opening to a common door and adding a common wall. However, they need to get certain structural approvals and design their houses accordingly.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has just launched the DDA Housing Scheme 2023 The much-awaited DDA Housing Scheme 2022 is rolled out for the Narela region of Delhi. The DDA Housing Scheme 2023 (DDA Scheme 2023) will be based on the ‘First-Come-First-Serve’ (FCFS) basis. Starting from September 12, 2023, the DDA Housing Scheme 2023 is an online running scheme for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories.
Under DDA Housing Scheme 2023, over 8,500 flats are available for sale in the Narela Sub City of Delhi. Interestingly, the Individual income Criteria has been waived off for DDA Housing Scheme 2023. Interested homebuyers can apply online for the DDA Housing Scheme 2022 and reserve a flat online.
The flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2023 are available in 1 BHK denominations.
To provide facilities to interested persons to buy DDA flats at any time without waiting for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023, DDA has decided to launch an On-line Running Housing Scheme or DDA Housing Scheme 2023 from 12h September 2023 on the first come, first serve basis. Draw Result of DDA Special Housing Scheme 2023
The DDA has announced the Draw result of DDA Special Housing Scheme 2023 for waitlisted candidates. In the released result, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has compiled a list of candidates with application number, applicant name, payment mode, sector location, pocket, block, flat category and flat number.

How to Apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2023 ? (DDA Housing Scheme 2023 Online Application)
Interested persons can check all relevant details like the size of the pocket, Layout plan of the flat flats, location and pocket online at https://eservices.dda.org.in/.
The person applying for flats under this Scheme shall have to deposit application money as detailed below:
The application money paid will be adjusted against the cost of the flat but will be non-refundable in case of surrender/cancellation.
The desirous persons may apply online and will have a choice to book a specific flat on 'First Come First Serve' basis.
When a person selects a specific flat online, he/she will be given reasonable time, i.e. 30 minutes, to deposit "application money" online. During 30 minutes, the flat will not be available for selection by other persons. Once the application money is paid, the flat gets reserved for that applicant
Eligibility for DDA Housing Scheme 2023
Earlier, there were two criteria for allotment of EWS flats i.e. individual annual income of the applicant should be less than Rs. 3 lakhs and annual family income is less than Rs. 10 lakhs. DDA has now relaxed the criterion of having individual income less than Rs 3 lakhs for allotment of EWS flats and all persons having annual family income less than Rs 10 lakh are eligible to apply for EWS flats. https://eservices.dda.org.in/
All the interested people are requested to apply for allotment of flat in accordance with the above conditions. The Scheme is being launched w.e.f 12.09.2022 and will be in operation till the entire inventory included under the Scheme is disposed of. DDA reserves the right to withdraw any or all flats or include more flats in the scheme.

The IDLI system on DDA.gov.in refers to the "Integrated DDA Land Information System." This is an online portal developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to provide various services related to land and property in Delhi.

Allotment of DDA Housing Scheme 2023
Demand-cum-Allotment letter will be issued by DDA through online mode only and the same will be available in the online portal of the applicant. The allottee needs to deposit the demanded amount within 90 days to avoid liability of levy of interest. After payment of the demanded amount and submission of requisite documents, possession letter will be issued through online mode only.
DDA Housing Scheme Allotment 2023 (DDA Scheme 2023)
In a recent development, the DDA has approved the allotment of Economically Weaker Sections flats or EWS flats in Jailorwala and Ashok Vihar areas. These flats are built under the in-situ slum rehabilitation programme of the DDA. The allotment under DDA Scheme 2022 is expected to benefit over 1600 households.
As per the decision taken by the DDA, eligible JJ dwellers of Jailorwala Bagh are to be shifted to 1,675 built-up EWS flats near the JJ cluster. This transfer will be on a payment of Rs 1,71,000 (including Rs 30,000 as maintenance charges for five years).
DDA Special Housing Scheme 2023
DDA has launched a DDA Housing Scheme 2023. DDA offers a golden opportunity to own DDA flats at discounted prices in the Narela area of Delhi. Approximately 18000 flats will be built in Sector A1 to A4 of Narela, Delhi, housing pockets 4 and 5 at Sector G7/G8 in Narela.

Documents required for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023
To apply for the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 draw, the following documents are required-
Self-attested copy of PAN card
Identity proof of the applicant. Any one of the following will be allowed viz passport, government ID card, driving license, ration card, and Aadhar card, among others.
Residence proof (Self-attested copy of electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill etc.)
Income proof for the EWS category
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Handicapped certificate if applicable
Self-attested copy of Bank account passbook
Duly filled affidavit
