Officials from the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) have clarified that the datesheet for class 8th annual exams being circulated on social media is fake.

Officials confirmed to news agency Kashmir Visuals (KV), the datesheet doing rounds on platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook is not authentic and has not been issued by the board.
“It has come to our notice that a fake datesheet for JKBOSE class 8th annual exams 2024 is being widely shared on social media. We would like to clearly state that this datesheet has not been issued by JKBOSE and should not be trusted,” said an official spokesperson.
The fake datesheet mentions that the class 8th exams will begin from 27 Feb, 2023 which the board said is incorrect. The official datesheet will be issued by JKBOSE on its official website jkbose.nic.in shortly.

Students and parents have been advised not to rely on any datesheet circulated on social media and only refer to the official website for authentic exam schedule updates.
