SSC CGL 2024 Exam Date
Applications for SSC CGL 2024 were accepted from June 24 to July 27, 2024. Candidates will have the opportunity to edit their application forms on August 10 and 11, 2024. The Tier-1 exam for SSC CGL 2024 is scheduled to take place from September 9 to September 26, 2024, across multiple shifts.
The SSC Application status and exam city are released zone-wise 10-30 days before the exam date. The SSC CGL 2024 Tier-1 Admit Card will be released four days before the exam date.

SSC CGL 2024 Selection Process
The SSC CGL 2024 selection process consists of several stages: the Tier-1 written exam, followed by the Tier-2 written exam, a Data Entry Speed Test (DEST), document verification, and a medical examination.
SSC CGL 2024 Tier-1 Exam Pattern
The Tier-1 exam for SSC CGL 2024 will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam will last 60 minutes. For each correct answer, candidates will earn 2 marks, while 0.50 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The detailed exam pattern is outlined in the table below.
